Faculty Profile: Ayilur Ramnath
Ayilur is a seasoned business excellence
professional with more than 21 years of experience in different
quality frameworks, standards and models. He has established process
frameworks for many organisations based on ISO9001, ISO20000,
ISO27001, CMMi v1.2, ITIL v3, COBIT 4.1, ISO14001, OHSAS18001,
ISO13485 etc and has worked extensively on performance monitoring
and improvement tools/methodologies like Balanced Scorecard and Six
Sigma. He holds certifications on almost all of these. He is
specialised in risk management model OCTAVE. He has played key roles
in quality with BPL Group, Philips Software, Cerner Corporation
establishing systems and mentoring quality personnel across the
globe. He has delivered trainings, auditing and consulting services
to organizations globally which include HCL, BPCL, Emarat Group,
