Objective:

The objective of this program is to get introduced to the new features released as part of Microsoft.Net 3.5 Framework. The program introduces the rich feature set added to C# 3.0 as part of language enhancements. The participants will also be introduced to the LINQ [Language INtegrated Query] feature. Subsequently the participants will work with Visual Studio 2008 and look at the features of the IDE. The participants will also gain knowledge of the AJAX.Net and WCF technologies. Finally the program will introduce Silverlight 2.0 to the participants and also Microsoft Expression toolset.

Prerequisites:

1.Participant should have hands-on knowledge using C#2.0 and Microsoft.Net 2.0

2.Should have sound working knowledge on ASP.Net 2.0 and CSS

3.Should have knowledge on Web based application development and Web Services.

• The New Highway – Introduction to ASP.NET 3.5, VS 2008 (Covers Demo & HOL)

• Advanced Topics
• WCF Support for RSS, JSON, POX and Partial Trust (DEMO)
 

Day 3
