Refund Policy:
Full refunds are provided if registration is cancelled before 2 weeks and 50% if cancelled before 7 days before the scheduled training dates.
Cancellation Policy:
KnowledgeWorks reserves the right to postpone classes if we don't get sufficient registration numbers. KnowledgeWorks will confirm the training start date no later than 7 days prior to the advertised start date. Upon confirmation, all fees are non-refundable. Should an attendee need to cancel attendance after the confirmation date, we will be happy to substitute with another individual. Any no shows / absentee would be 100% chargeable. |
